（1）簡單明晰的股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)

在創(chuàng)始的階段，創(chuàng)業(yè)公司合伙人不是特別多。比較合理的架構(gòu)是三個人。投資人在投資的時候會看你的創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊，但合伙人不一定要有完整的組合。投資人在投資的時候，首先關(guān)注的是你的產(chǎn)品和CEO的理念，你有沒有CTO，COO，這些都不重要，所以，不能為了追求創(chuàng)始合伙人的人數(shù)而刻意增加。
