1、明確合伙人之間的責(zé)、權(quán)、利。合伙創(chuàng)業(yè)講究情懷，這本身沒有錯(cuò)，因?yàn)榇蠹夜餐_創(chuàng)事業(yè)，必然有共同的價(jià)值觀、必然志同道合，但是大家最終也要實(shí)現(xiàn)各自的實(shí)際利益。這個(gè)實(shí)際利益體現(xiàn)在哪就體現(xiàn)在公司股權(quán)、股比上。股權(quán)比例是合伙人在公司項(xiàng)目中作用和價(jià)值的體現(xiàn)。
