1.打開自然人電子稅務局首頁，使用個人所得稅APP掃碼或輸入賬號密碼的方式登錄。

2.點擊我要辦稅-稅費申報-個人股權轉讓所得，進入“股權轉讓資料報送”頁面。

3.選擇股權轉讓資料報送-點擊確定

4.系統(tǒng)彈出個人股權轉讓業(yè)務辦理須知。請認真閱讀辦理須知與所需材料，勾選“我已閱讀并知曉”-進入填報

5.依次錄入基本信息、股權轉讓信息、收入和扣除信息、最后進行稅款計算。標有紅色星號（*）為必填項。

1錄入基本信息。錄入被投zi企業(yè)統(tǒng)一社會信用代碼，選擇稅款所屬期、股權轉讓情

2錄入股權轉讓信息。該部分由被投zi企業(yè)信息、股權轉讓方信息、股權受讓方信息及附報資料等部分組成。點擊-填寫可填寫相關股權轉讓信息；點擊-上傳可上傳相關附報資料。

2. Enter equity transfer information. This section consists of the information of the invested enterprise, the information of the equity transferor, the information of the equity transferee, and the accompanying materials. Click - Fill in to fill in relevant equity transfer information; Click on 'Upload' to upload relevant report materials.

3錄入收入與扣除信息。包括收入、稅前扣除費用、準予扣除的個人捐贈支出相關信息。其中稅前扣除費用中的投zi抵扣、準予扣除的個人捐贈支出為非必填項。核實無誤后-下一步

3. Enter income and deduction information. Including income, pre tax deduction expenses, and personal donation expenses that are allowed to be deducted. The investment deduction and personal donation expenses that are allowed to be deducted in the pre tax deduction expenses are non mandatory fields. After verification, proceed to the next step

4稅款計算。系統(tǒng)自動根據(jù)填報數(shù)據(jù)，展示本次計稅明細及需繳納的個人所得稅。確認無誤后點擊-提交資料，股權轉讓信息提交至受讓方進行核對確認（請您盡快提醒受讓方進行查看確認）

4. Tax calculation. The system automatically displays the tax calculation details and the required personal income tax based on the filled in data. After confirming that there are no errors, click on "Submit Materials" and submit the equity transfer information to the transferee for verification and confirmation (please remind the transferee to check and confirm as soon as possible)

6.股權轉讓信息提交至受讓方確認。如果受讓方為自然人，需要其在自然人電子稅務局（手機APP或WEB端）查看并確認信息。如果受讓方為企業(yè)，需要其在自然人電子稅務局（扣繳端或WEB端）查看并確認信息。

6. Submit the equity transfer information to the transferee for confirmation. If the transferee is a natural person, they need to view and confirm the information at the natural person electronic tax bureau (mobile app or WEB). If the transferee is an enterprise, they need to view and confirm the information at the natural person electronic tax bureau (withholding end or WEB end).

7.受讓方確認信息后，就轉到稅務審核，一般在1-3個工作日會出結果，可登錄任何一方自然人電子稅務局查看審核結果。如果轉讓情況復雜，稅局會call給轉讓方進行指導。

After the transferee confirms the information, it will be transferred to the tax audit, and the results will generally be available within 1-3 working days. You can log in to any natural person electronic tax bureau to view the audit results. If the transfer situation is complicated, the tax bureau will call the transferor for guidance.

8.如果受理狀態(tài)為“稅務機關審核通過”，則可以點擊“發(fā)起申報”進入申報繳稅環(huán)節(jié)。

If the acceptance status is "approved by the tax authority", you can click "initiate declaration" to enter the declaration and tax payment process.

9.登錄國家稅務總局電子稅務局，自然人業(yè)務端口進去，申報印花稅。

9. Log in to the Electronic Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, enter the natural person business port, and declare stamp duty.
